Installation Process for Liquid Granite System.

After following the strict preparation process including filling divits and cracks we can start diamond grinding the whole floor including all edges, only then are we ready to start laying the floor.The appropriate materials to be used are mixed thoroughly comprising of resin and hardener. The liquid material are then poured on the floor and spread with a notched squeegee and then rolled out onto the floor and brushed around the edges. Multi colored PVA flakes are then broadcast into the binding coat until the whole floor is completely saturated with flakes and the floor starts to reject them. The next day when the floor has set hard the excess flakes are scraped back and the floor area scraped, cleaned up and vacuumed. Next the clear coat of choice is applied over the flakes and back rolled. An optional second clear coat can be applied.
