Excellent, process was as described by Garage Doctors, no dust or mess during process. Floor looks beautiful. Expectations met. Very happy with how it turned out.

Had a three car garage treated for textured finish with multiple polyurethane top coats exactly as expected. Quality of the work is spectacular. I’m guessing you could find someone to do the job cheaper, but in most things in life, you get what you pay for. Owner Mike and his crews were great to work with, did some additional work to help me out (moving stuff out of the garage so they could do their work when I was out of town) and did it on the dates they promised. If you wonder whether their price is worth it, I suggest you see one of their completed jobs!

I paid $1000 to get a new garage floor placed. It was unsatisfactory at best for which I contribute to my own lack of foresight as the friend of the family was inexperienced. Swallowing this financial loss, I set about immediately to replace the garage flooring. Going to Angie’s List, I picked out Garage Doctors, Inc.. Michael Blackshaw (President) of Garage Doctors, Inc instructed me on what would be needed, a price, and when he would be available to remove the old flooring and place the new garage flooring. True to his word, Michael was on time, he removed the old flooring, and he placed an epoxy garage flooring that was very nice. I was very pleased with his workmanship and that he left the place clean. I highly recommend him and would use Garage Doctors, Inc. myself for future projects.

Mike was very professional. Was very quick to respond to my e-mails and phone calls – even when he was on vacation. His team showed up on time and was helpful in moving the washer and dryer out of the way. The floor looks fantastic and he even came back after it was all cured to help move the washer/dryer back. I would definitely use his services again.

Mike is very responsive via email and we quickly set up time for an estimate. I had just closed on a house and wanted to get estimates for garage flooring before a bunch of stuff had to go in there. Mike showed up for the estimate on time, and spent time explaining to me the different options, and the process of installation in detail. I got two estimates, and chose Garage Doctors, as he quoted me a better price, he was able to start the job in the time frame I requested, and he was very willing to work with my needs. The job was done exactly as described and on the agreed upon schedule, which was helpful since I had the movers coming. The floor looks great, and I have even gotten several compliments on the work from strangers. I fully expect this floor to last a long time and live up to its expectations.

Michael was wonderful right from the beginning of our job. He was flexible and scheduled our job within the time frame that we needed. Everything on the garage floor has to be removed. Owner, Mike, and helper, Zack, arrived on time as scheduled every morning for 3 days in a row. The floor is sanded and cracks filled before epoxy and flakes are applied. They’re professional and skilled and the finished floor is beautiful. My garage floor was cracked, oil stained, paint stained and just plain dirty ugly. You will be pleased with the way it looks when Mike is finished. Let it dry a few days before driving on it.

Even though our house is a new build the garage floor was marred by dirt from the concrete laying machine. Garage Doctors ground down the surface primed it and put down an aggregate. This sat overnight before they removed the excess and applied the clear coat. The whole job went very well. The finished floor looks fantastic and the best part was that I did not have to be there while they did the noisy grinding part of the job. They helped me too by putting my hurricane shutters outside as I could not lift them out of the retainer. The floor is also non skid – very nice!!

Our garage floor looks fabulous! Mike was highly recommended to us by a garage cabinet installer who had seen his work, and we were not disappointed. Everything went as planned, and there were no glitches. We opted for an epoxy floor plus two coats of polyaspartic which is more expensive, but since we had chosen gray and our garage faces south, felt it would be worth it in the long run. Each coat needs a day to dry in between applications, so for us it was a three day process. But, what a difference! We are very happy with the quality of Mike’s work and that we chose this kind of floor.

There was a very high reading of dampness so after grinding off the old paint – time was given to allow the concrete to dry. Michael drew on his experience to determine the best possible coatings in our situation. This required a longer time period and extra effort on their part to get the job done well. We would highly recommend Garage Doctors – they take great pride in his work and had complete trust in him.

Garage Doctor came to us with numerous accolades from friends. It seemed unlikely we could get that fired-up about a garage floor… We did and still are. Michael was part scientist-part interior design consultant. He provided us all the necessary facts to select the best covering for our floor. He professionalism and precise work style insured the garage floor was exactly as we hoped for. Most importantly to us, Michael was detail oriented and took enormous pride in his profession. Coming a second time to re-work two small stairs that looked fine to us. He is a perfectionist and the final results are a testament to that.

From the initial meeting when Michael measured the garage floor and diagnosed the high moisture reading and recommended a treatment plan, everything was upfront and impeccably professional. Over four days he diamond grinded and patched all the fissures in the cement (Day 1), and then applied the base coat and Platinum Flake System 2 (Day 2) and then applied two top coats of epoxy resin ( Days 3 & 4). Everything was done to perfection. My garage floor looks like a Masterpiece. I could not be happier with the process and the final outcome. Michael is the Michelangelo of garage floors!

Fabulous! He was able to work into a limited timeframe before our belongings arrived from out of town. Very informative about the process, care of the floor, and very professional at every encounter. Was able to move the water filtration system to epoxy under it in case we move it later. Just easy to work with and very helpful…and I added the sparkles just for fun! Epoxy coating of garage floor (3-car, over 700 sq ft). Two coats of clear epoxy over flakes.

Mike installed a beautiful platinum flake floor in my garage and although I am not a fan of garages, per se, I was forced to call it stunning!! He truly is a master at what he does and true attention to detail. My garage had weathered quite a bit and was in pretty bad shape until he came in and completely turned it around, with all the dings and dents filled in and a beautiful floor that truly looks like sheer granite!!

Everything went great. From the time Mike came to provide an estimate until I handed him the check, he was very responsive to questions I had and personally participated in the work to ensure it was done to his specifications. While not the cheapest, or fastest, of the quotes I received, he took time to explain why his methods were a little more expensive and took longer. I did some research on my own that put my mind at ease, confirming that it was worth the extra expense and time. Also, when it came time to pay, the amount matched the quote…no hidden costs. I would strongly recommend Mike, and have already done so to some friends. I had done a DIY floor coating in my two-car garage and wanted to have it taken up and a new floor covering put on.

Outstanding. Did an absolutely unbelievable job. I could eat of the floor. The owner was onsite every day. They completely laid down water barrier and put on 2 coats of polyurethane with the sprinkles mixed in there.
